1. Who we are

Slide is a mobile application that helps you discover activities in your city and meet people through them.

Slide is currently operated by two private individuals based in France. Because Slide is not yet incorporated, the “data controller” for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is those individuals.

We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer. Privacy requests are handled directly by the operators at the address above.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the Slide mobile app and the accounts of people who use it to discover activities (“members”, “you”).

3. Data we collect

a) Account data

• Email address
• Password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we never see it)
• The sign-in method you used (email and password, Apple, or Google)
• A unique account identifier

If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and the identifier Google gives us. We do not receive your Google password or your Google contacts.

If you sign in with Apple, we receive your email address — or an anonymous relay address, if you choose to hide your email from us — and the identifier Apple gives us. We do not ask Apple for your name.
